In order to participate in a USA Volleyball tryout, you need to bring a hard-copy of the signed Medical History and Release Form with you to tryouts. We will no longer be collecting this form prior to tryouts. For a copy of the form, please visit: http://usavolleyball.org/pages/2820.
Check-in and walkup registration will begin one hour before the listed start time of each tryout.
Athletes may attend more than 1 tryout. The full tryout fee applies to each tryout attended. The number of tryouts an athlete attends usually will not affect his/her evaluation; attending more than one tryout is recommended only if your first tryout performance was for some reason below your potential.
Registration will close at 6:00 AM MST 3 days prior to the day of the tryout. If a tryout is listed below as "closed", early/online registration has closed. You will need to register as a walk-up the day of the tryout. Please print required forms here: http://usavolleyball.org/pages/2820.
